Here's a shout out to my first friend to move from Business woman into motherhood and then combine the 2 to become a MOMPRENEUER. I say first, because something tells me she won't be the last. Michelle Dumas, a friend for almost 10 years, has, for as long as I've known her, known how to throw a good party. From college events, to personal showers, her own wedding and assisting with friends' events, she's always been a great hostess. For years, people have said, "You really should go into business". She would always graciously accept the compliments, but I'm not sure she really believed them. Then Jacob came along...
Children have a funny way of putting life in perspective and he made her wonder if it was possible to have it all? Could she be a GREAT mom and a GREAT event planner? I think so! Recently, she made it official and I'm happy to help promote BEYOND PLANNING. So, whether you live in Indy or beyond (she travels), whether you are planning a huge wedding or a simple shower--she can help. Check out her blog for past events, rates, etc.
Speaking of Michelle, I've had this picture for over a month now, but haven't posted because it was on a separate computer, so here are from left to right, Lilly, Jacob Dumas, Addy and Jack Watko, just hanging out...I think Addy's getting a little fresh with Jacob's butt...

Congratulations Michelle:) That sounds like a wonderful business! And what a cutie Jacob is!!! Addy has such good taste in men (something she most certainly did not inherit from her Aunt Cat). I tell you that the four of those kids look like they could get into some mischief! Honestly everytime I see a picture of Lilly she looks like she is one step ahead of everyone else! Cracks me up. As for that little flirt Addy....I'm sure her dad is going to nip that in the bud. Congrats though Michelle on making such a huge life change:) I am sure it will be a success.
These are the cutest babies. They should all be in commercials!! I love the vests!
Thanks for the shout out Aimee! I appreciate your faith in me! And thank you Catherine for the kind words of encouragement as well! :)
That is an absolutely adorable pictures. I love it! The girls are so cute, and their friends are pretty good looking, too!
That is great about Michelle's business, too! It looks like she is well on her way to success!
